Cuicacalli Dance School and Company is a dance organization serving youth in and around San Francisco’s Mission District.

 

We have been offering classes in contemporary, hip-hop, and folklórico (Mexican folk ballet) for the last fourteen years. Each year our company grows; we welcome new students, and provide additional classes. We believe all children deserve the opportunity to experience the joy of dance. To this end, no student is turned away based on ability to pay. This means approximately 75% of our families receive partial or full scholarships. We believe this service is crucial, especially in these challenging financial times.

 

A donation of any monetary amount would be greatly appreciated as the school is always in need of new costumes, studio and theater rental, and teacher compensations, as we attain more students.

Cuicacalli is an Artist-in-Residence of the nonprofit, Brava Theater (2781 24th  St., San Francisco, CA). Any donations are tax deductible.
